We enjoyed this hotel, location was brilliant and staff were accommodating. The bedroom was upstairs and the bed was very large. Friendly check-in and good customer service.

everything was simply good. my such great experience in queenstown. i really enjoyed the beautiful area around the hotel. exceptionally comfortable bed in suite with a fridge, an iron and a dining area. excellent service, although a few employees were dirty. easy check-out too.
The room had very limited views.
